How to fix Advanced Settings not saving correctlyIf your app is stuck in "Saving..." after updating your advanced settings, you must go into the configuration folder and edit or delete the settings.json file. You can find the configuration folder at: /AppData/Roaming/unmineable-miner ⚠ If you are unable to find the AppData folder you must enable the "Show hidden files and folders" option in Windows 10. You should see something like this: Simply remove the settings.json (if you are removing the file be sure to have your address previously saved elsewhere).

Mining app is not connecting for miningBe sure to check your miner logs to correctly identify the issue: Search for messages like: Connection reset Software caused connection abort You may as well be connected to the pool but it may not stay connected (constant reconnections), this is a signal of a Firewall restriction at a network level. Usually ASUS routers have a feature called AIProtection that caused such issues, or ARRIS routers can have a similar feature.

My mining app is showing 0 hash rateIf your app is "stuck" in Starting... and / or your calculated hash rate is 0: First please go into the miner logs: And verify that the following message is showing up:� If that's the case, it means that the mining executable have been removed or blocked by an antivirus or Windows Defender / Security. Sadly the issue cannot be fixed by just disabling your antivirus or Windows Defender, you must download the miner executables and point the app to the new files.

My payout is failing because of an "Invalid address" errorIf you are receiving an "Invalid address" error when trying to process your payment, be sure to double check all of your workers and fix the error, specially if you previously received payments without issues. We validate each address when a worker connects to our pool, however our validation is at a format level, but there can be false positives, specially for coins that have case sensitive addresses, like DOGE.
